We offer $15 tracked shipping for all metro areas within Australia.
For rural and non-metro areas, please select $25 shipping at the checkout. Your order will not ship until the appropriate shipping fee for your postcode has been paid.
If you require your H Bag urgently for travel, we also offer $35 express shipping.
You should receive your order in approximately 2-8 business days.
All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Brisbane. We dispatch orders daily, however please note there may be delays during busy periods including sales or new launches. Thank you for understanding. If your order is urgent we highly recommend selecting the express service at checkout.
We prefer to deliver by courier, but can use Australia Post if you elect to deliver to a PO Box. For more information about lost or delayed shipments, please see our shipping policy below.
If a part or all of your order is on back-order you will be contacted by email with details of back-order items. Items on back-order may take longer than 8 business days.
Pre orders ship from mid-October 2024.

Shipping and tracking information will be emailed to you upon dispatch, which will enable you to track your order if you would like to see its progress or ETA.
We are proudly a small batch, slow fashion company which means when our products sell out, it could be several months before we are able to restock them again. When we have an incoming shipment, items will be available for pre-order.
Pre order H Bags are shipping from mid-October 2024.
Pre-ordering and paying for a purchase when a listing is marked 'pre-order' ensures your selection is secured, and your pre-order items will be packed and posted as soon as those items are available in stock after the arrival of our shipment.
Delivery dates for pre-ordered bags cannot be confirmed until they arrive and are shipped out to you. We will do our best to keep you up to date with estimated arrival dates and will let you know should there be any delays.
Pre-orders are posted from our Brisbane warehouse.
The customer must ensure that the correct delivery address is entered at the checkout. For parcels that are un-deliverable and returned to Heych, a re-dispatch fee will be charged for the parcel to be re-sent. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are non-refundable. Heych will not be held accountable for the costs or retrieval of any parcels that have been wrongly addressed by the customer before dispatch.
Heych will arrange for delivery of items by Australia Post or courier. Heych will endeavour to deliver the goods to customers within the time period specified at the time of placing the order. However, Heych will not be liable to the customer or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due, directly or indirectly, to delay.
Upon delivery, the goods can be signed for. A work address may be best if you are not at home during the day. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing the customer of how to collect the parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by the delivery service for a maximum hold time. Should the customer not respond to a calling card and the parcel is returned to Heych as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-dispatch.
Once unclaimed goods have arrived at Heych, the customer will be contacted and the order will be held for a total of two weeks. Normal processing and dispatch time will re-occur. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email. If the customer does not respond within these two weeks, the order will be cancelled and the cost of the original invoice will not be refunded.
The estimated delivery date depends on where the customer lives, and is calculated from the time the customer receives the order dispatch email and not from when the order was placed.
Deliveries are processed through Australia post or courier service and once dispatched from Heych will follow their terms and conditions.
Heych cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by couriers or Australia Post. We will, however, do our best to keep you updated. If you have an enquiry as to the whereabouts of your order and have already received your shipping confirmation, please contact the courier/Australia Post directly. If a shipment is lost by couriers/Australia Post, you will receive a resolution from the postal provider.
Heych reserves the right not to accept an order, or to cancel an order if it cannot supply the goods.
Subject to the terms of any order, Heych will only ship orders when all items on the order are available for dispatch.
Subject to Hecy returns policy, Heych will take reasonable care to appropriately pack all orders, but will not be liable or responsible for any damage once the parcel has left Heych.
Subject to payment, property and risk passes to the consumer upon delivery of the goods to the nominated delivery address. Anyone at the customer's nominated delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Hech to be authorised to receive the goods.

Yes, Heych offers a 14 day money back guarantee on all full priced items that meet our Returns Policy conditions below.
To return your full priced bag for a refund please submit a refund request via email to hello@heych.com.au and post back to us at the address listed on our Contact Us page or complete your return via our returns portal here.
Please contact us within 14 days of your order arriving to you. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we are unable to process your return.
Please note the cost of returning the item back to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer. Heych will not be liable for packages lost in the post so we suggest returning your bag back to us via registered post.
Once your item arrives back to our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email from us when your return has been approved and processed. For refunds, funds should appear in your bank account/credit card within 5-10 business days of being processed. Funds will be returned to the original form of payment.
Please note all purchases of sale items are final and there are no exchanges, returns or refunds on these items for any reason.
At this stage, we are are unable to process exchanges due to a high turnover in stock and a long lead time in replenishing stock from our manufacturers.
If you wish to change colour, size or swap your bag for another style, we recommend returning your original order for a refund and repurchasing in the desired size or style.
Alternatively, you can wait for our returns team to process your return for either a refund (full-priced items only) or gift card before repurchasing the desired item. However, we recommend purchasing your replacement as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, as it may sell out while you are waiting for your return to arrive back to us and be processed.

- Go back to the Heych Returns Portal, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for us.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved, send your items back to us at Heych Returns, 32 Swan Terrace, Windsor 4030 Qld. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

To receive a refund, please ensure that the item is unused, unwashed, and has the tags attached. Sorry, no items that smell of perfume, deodorant or have make-up stains or marks on them will be refunded.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits to you given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under a law in relation to the goods or services to which this warranty relates.
